It’s Official - Second Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church is now a Historical Landmark in Cleveland, Ohio!
It brings me great joy to witness this history!
Second Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church was organized in 1939 by a group of thirty-nine members from Bethany Baptist Church and named the Christian Workers' Club.
We Pursue All Things In Love

Our Purpose
The purpose of this church is to glorify God and empower people into growing in the fullness of God. We will obtain this end through the public worship of God, the preaching and teaching of the Holy Scriptures.
Many lives, families and communities will be transformed by the love of God. And we, the church, are equipped to make an impact now in this community.
(Eph. 1:5-14; Col. 1:9-10; Mat. 5:16; 1 Pet. 2:9-12).

Every person should take Sure Steps in their spiritual journey.
SURE STEP #1:
Become a Believer: Believe Jesus died for your sins and accept Him as your Savior.
SURE STEP #2:
Become a Disciple: Develop a habit of prayer, bible reading and attending church.
SURE STEP #3:
Become a Servant: volunteer to serve and financially support the church.
SURE STEP #4:
Become a Witness: share your faith and invite others to church.
